Relative to the China real estate market, the U.S. real estate market is more mature and transparent. It has relatively lower market risks and flexible exit mechanisms. Our clients can utilize our experience and resources in order to achieve stable returns, minimize individual investor risks, and more importantly, obtain access to better globally diversified portfolios.
We have two main strategies in our real estate business: Stable Cash Flow Driven Investment Strategy and Upside Driven Property/Land Development Strategy.
